Collation of YOS 6, 229: 32 yields: 1* (pi) 3 bán ßá μ∂innin-na-numun-ba*-ßá lúsimug ud.ka.bar μku4-ßú.
Wright Inasmuch as in YOS 6 229 the gabe Sa Raqqat-SamaS occur in a long list of disbursements made primarily to artisans and persons of official position, Dandamaev is of the opinion that at least here these workmen were free hired labor.
In YOS 6 229 the occupations of persons who received dates, along with the uraSu, were either craftsmen (bleachers, bronze smiths, leatherworkers, carpenters, cooks, weavers or the like), workmen of various sorts, or agents (LUj ausahhiru) of the Sataimu and gipu; clearly "higher officials" are out of context here.
