Translation

“53 3/4 shekels of gold, (in the form of) two quills for the gold tiara of the Lady-of-Uruk, were received from *Nabû-a⁄⁄™-iddin and *fiamaß-iddin, the goldsmiths. (The gold was weighed) according to the 1 mina weight of bronze. (Weights equaling) 6 1/4 shekels (were put) on the side of the gold.”
